Our second large-scale outdoor exhibition unfortunately didn’t enjoy the glorious weather of the previous year. Two weeks of rain made the event feel a little damp and washed out. However, the artwork in the exhibition more than made up for the miserable weather. More than thirty artists contributed over forty pieces of installation, painting, sculpture and performance pieces; drawing, photography construction, land-art, textile art – works made of wood, steel, ceramic, cloth and papier mache. A catalogue was published – unfortunately beset with printing difficulties. However, for all its problems, the exhibition was a huge success.
