Paths Home.jpgOn Wednesday, Nov. 2nd between 7:30 and 9:30pm, Qube will be hosting “Paths Home”, an evening of shared poetry and words in aid of Refugee Action. The evening will be presented by poet and rare-species conservationist Suzanne Iuppa. This is a great opportunity to meet Suzanne, whose body of work covers both conservation and heritage – she draws her inspiration not just from ecology and wild settings, but from human interaction with the landscape: her most recent collection was inspired by healing wells (Well Spring, Gwendraeth Press, 2015).

We don’t see these kinds of events in Oswestry often enough, and with all that’s happening in the world, it’s good to see a local event that mixes creativity and social action.

So, come along on Wednesday for an evening of words which promise to really mean something! And for those of you who write yourself, bring along your own writing to share.

Tickets are available from Qube on: 01691656882, and all profits support Refugee Action.
