Our sketching day is tomorrow Thursday 23rd June. We are meeting at Canal Central Cafe between 10.30 and 11.0 for coffee, dispersing to various places to sketch (John Swogger has lots of ideas on where) and then convening back at the cafe for light lunch/snack between 1.0 and 1.30 pm. http://www.canalcentral.uk/about/

Please let Diana know – dianabaur@hotmail.com –  if you can come – parking for the cafe is fine so long as one uses it, but obviously the cafe owners don’t like their car park used all day by non-cafe users. If there are lots of us at coffee time, we can decide if we need to park some cars elsewhere.

Hoping for good weather, but this lovely lady called Sally has just asked to join us and says:

“Should the weather be bad we have just finished reflooring a malt house here

in maesbrook and artists would be v welcome
to shelter and paint there as long as the sounds of a

Slovakian flooring joiner and some timers is a good subject”
