SATURDAY 6TH FEBRUARY
MAKE A SMALL CRUCIBLE (to hold a tea light/LED light) FROM local clay TO CARRY WITH YOU ON
THE HILLFORT HUG (1.0 pm Sun.14th Feb).
(The crucibles will be put together and photographed and left on the fort – minus the lights – to gradually disintegrate into the earth. this process will be photographed over time and the results displayed in the AHH Hillfort exhibition at The Willow Gallery from April-May 2016.)
We are aiming for that exhibition to travel to other places where heritage is threatened, so YOUR light may become famous!!)
Amelia Dorothy Harrison and Rob Baur will be leading the making of the crucibles, and Joan Zorn and Diana Baur the home made drums.
SEE YOU ON SATURDAY – wear old clothes and bring a bag or box in which to take home your crucible.
WE ARE ALSO DEMONSTRATING HOW TO MAKE A HOME MADE DRUM FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN THE DRUM SEQUENCE LED BY A PROFESSIONAL DRUMMER.
They look great, perhaps you could add my name. It would make more sense to people when I forward it on
