The PCF is revealing the entire national collection of oil paintings in public ownership in the United Kingdom. It is a registered charity. You can become a “Tagger” which is great fun and helps you scrutinise paintings in a stuctured and closer way.
In partnership with the BBC, the PCF has created the Your Paintings website. It will show all 200,000 oil paintings in public ownership. It launched this summer.
